A suspected Badoo cultist has met his untimely death in the hands of an angry mob in Ikorodu after he was caught.

A suspected member of the dreaded cult group, Badoo has met his untimely death in the hands of an angry mob who lynched and burnt him to death at Idera community in Odogunyan in Ikorodu, Lagos state yesterday July 2nd.

It was gathered that the unnamed victim was caught and interrogated but he reportedly lied that he was a teacher at a private school in the area. When angry villagers took him to the school, it turned out he was not an employee.

Then, he told the mob that he was also a worker at a firm in the area which turned out to be false too. In the ensuing melee, the mob began attacking him with dangerous weapons after a woman stepped out, claiming she heard him and five others planning to carry out an attack in the area. His body was set on fire as people watched him burn to death.
