For you to have a clearer view and see clearly even at old age, you need to stop taking some certain good which may have Adverse Effects on your health. We need to watch what we eat because what we eat determines our wellness.

Many People consumes many goods without Considering it's Benefits to their health m So many people eat because they felt hungry and needed to have something in their stomach in other to remain alive. Only few people are Concerned with what they eat and it's Effects on their body.

Without wasting time, I'll like to the you some type of food you shouldn't eat in excess because too much intake of this foods will surely affect your eyesight. 

 

You must stop taking any form of dried foods and Can foods. 90% of dried and can foods contain fat content and this is not good for your health at all. Fat in your system can clog your blood and prevent the Immediate supply of blood go your eyes. 

 

When this blood vessels are blocked due to High intake of fat generating foods, this would affect your eyes. You may not notice this Immediately but the excess consumption of fat food would surely Affect your health in a way you wouldn't like.

PLEASE AVOID WHITE FOODS

When I say white foods, I meant foods like YAM, 

PASTA, SPAGHETTI, RICE, BREAD, etc. You might love all these goods and think you're doing yourself a great good by eating them but the negative effect of these goods is that they're starch.

If you eat any white food, combine it with some other fruits or foods like beans, banana, etc. Excessive intake of this food will cause a great harm to your eyes. Please listen to me and watch what you eat.
