On Saturday, November 7, it appears Democrat Joe Biden has won the presidency after he sailed past the 270-threshold needed to become the president of the United States. He has 284 electoral votes and 214 for his opponent, Donald Trump.
However, some clarification has been been by Frank Pavone on the winner of the presidency. Frank Pavone is an American Roman Catholic priest and an anti-abortion activist.
He made a clarification on the status of the presidential race.
He said Biden has not won and it is not decided. He added that there is a process in America in which president are being elected. He also said the media cannot decide the winner of the presidential election.
The winner of the US presidential election gets officially announced on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021.
This means Biden has only been protected the winner of the US presidential election.
