A U.S court has given a final offer to Autumn Spikes, an ex-special lady of the African most extravagant man, Aliko Dangote, to react to his slander suit.
A duplicate of the court's 'polite activity summons' acquired by PREMIUM TIMES , on Friday, said Ms Spikes has "20 schedule days" from the day she is presented with the African most extravagant man's suit to record her reaction.
Ms Spikes has said she still can't seem to be served the court reports.
PREMIUM TIMES had only revealed how Mr Dangote, utilized a nom de plume, Doe, to document a slander suit against Ms Spikes for supposedly attempting to blackmail $5million (about N1.9billion) from him.
He is looking for harms "in overabundance of $30,000" (about N11.4million) against Ms Spikes.
Court cautions
PREMIUM TIMES on Friday saw a duplicate of the summons gave by a Deputy Clerk of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida, U.S, on January 26, notice Ms Spikes against neglecting to react to the suit on schedule.
Named, 'Significant,' the court calls cautioned Ms Spikes she could lose the case if her reaction was recorded late.
The record added that her late reaction to the suit could likewise cost her wages and cash, and that her property may from there on be taken "minus any additional warming from the court."
It read to a limited extent, "A claim has been recorded against you. You have 20 schedule days after this summons is served on you to record a composed reaction to the appended Complaint with the representative of this Court.
"A call won't secure you. Your composed reaction, including the case number given above and the names of the gatherings should be recorded in the event that you need the court to hear your side of the case.
"On the off chance that you don't document your reaction on schedule, you may lose the case, and your wages, cash, and property may from that point be taken minus any additional warming from the court. There are other lawful necessities."
'Get a legal advisor'
Ms Spikes was likewise exhorted in the summons to call a lawyer "immediately."
"On the off chance that you don't have a clue about a lawyer, you may call a lawyer reference administration or a lawful guide office (recorded in the telephone directory)," the summons added.
The calls likewise recorded different areas where she could document her composed reaction on the off chance that she decides to do as such without help from anyone else.
No date has been fixed for the knowing about the suit.
Relationship turned sour
The cover on Mr Dangote's undertaking of around 10 years with Ms Spikes was blown open in a January 1 Instagram post of a short film by the woman, showing herself situated next to Mr Dangote who was resting on a lounge chair with some portion of his hindquarters uncovered.
