Lagos state lead representative, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has engaged occupants of the state to stop the #EndSARS fights, IgbereTV reports.
The dissent which has gone tranquil since they begun a week ago, turned brutal in Surulere today October 12. A driver and a police assessor were executed in the conflict between the dissidents and the police.
In a post shared on his Twitter handle, the lead representative said he is making the allure as a dad.
He tweeted:
''I need to engage the dissidents to take a break from fighting tomorrow. Tempers are at a most elevated on all sides right now and keeping in mind that we work to forestall acceleration, the wellbeing of our inhabitants is vital. I talk as a lead representative, yet as a dad, sibling and child.''
The lead representative included that he will meet with President Buhari in Abuja tomorrow October 13 over the EndSARS fomentation.
The lead representative likewise referenced that he will meet with the state Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, for the arrival of the nonconformists that were captured on Monday.
He tweeted:
''I am meeting with the Lagos CP. Nonconformists will be delivered and more extensive issues will be tended to in my gathering with the President tomorrow. Let us enjoy a reprieve from fights tomorrow and allow us to make substantial next strides."
"The dissenters will be delivered today. Their privileges won't be disregarded. That, I guarantee you.''
