The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced Rotimi Akeredolu as champ of the Ondo state governorship political race.
Akeredolu, who challenged under the foundation of the All Progressives Congress (APC), surveyed a sum of 292,830 votes.
Idowu Olayinka, the returning official of the political race, said Akeredolu met everything the conditions needed to be announced the champ.
"I thus announce Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of the APC champ of the political decision and he is returned chosen," he said
Eyitayo Jegede, his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) rival, made sure about 195,791 votes.
Agboola Ajayi, applicant of the Zenith Labor Party (ZLP), put a removed third with 69,217 votes..
Olayinka said Akeredolu will be given his declaration at the INEC office in Akure, the state capital, of profit for Tuesday.
