“I Used To Smoke Before I Chose To Live Smoke Free” Afrobeat singer Femi Kuti Says

 

Igbere TV reports that Afrobeat artist Femi Anikulapo-Kuti on Sunday told a Twitter client that he doesn't smoke. 

His announcement came soon after the Twitter client named Collins Ubogu thumped him for talking on the #EndSARS fight. 

Femi had stated: "To put as short as conceivable #EndSARS quiet dissent began, police assaulted and fizzled, hooligans sent and bombed requests of the dissent became bigger #EndBadGovernanceinNIGERIA, troopers shipped off shoot. 

"Palliatives implied for individuals found. All hellfire breaks out. Govt bombed its kin." 

 

Mr Ubogu who was not on the side of what Femi composed answered, "Quit smoking weed your dad is more proficient than these." 

At that point Femi composed: " I don't smoke… " 

 

Another Twitter client just named Olu answered Femi's tweet saying his sibling Seun Kuti who smokes dislike what he stated, Igbere TV reports. 

Femi addressed saying, "Why not? I don't have anything against smokers. I smoked b4, I simply want to carry on with my life smoke free this way." 

 

Femi has demonstrated his help to the #EndSARS fight, joining the dissent at Alausa, Lagos, and furthermore at Ajuwon region of Ogun State to prevent the police from taking shots at dissidents.
