Former Governor of Oyo State, High Chief Rashidi Ladoja, also known as the Otun Olubadan, has been officially crowned as a ceremonial Oba in the succession line to the Olubadan throne. This important event represents a significant moment in the traditional leadership of Ibadanland.
The coronation ceremony was held on Monday in a brief yet meaningful event at the newly established Olubadan Palace in Oke Aremo, Ibadan. The venue, now emblematic of the Olubadan’s heritage, served as a fitting backdrop for this historic occasion.
