Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, will not allow goalkeeper, Andriy Lunin to travel with the rest of the squad for this weekend’s Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund.
According to the SUN, the showstopper will not make the trip to London after coming down with flu earlier this week.
Lunin has played most of the game in the competition following long-term injury to first choice goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois.
He was a hero of the penalty shootout victory against Premier League giant, Manchester City in the quarter-finals.
Ancelotti’s squad will arrive in London on Thursday while reports suggests that Lunin will touch down on either Friday or Saturday to reduce the chances of him spreading the illness.
