I'm Not Your Slave, I Won't Keep Quiet About The Killings In Nigeria Because I'm An Imam - Imam Says

things are not going well in the country.

He said the killings and wasting of blood in Nigeria have become too much and very unbearable. He said the Abuja-Kaduna train bomb event made him talk about how the government of Nigeria is not doing anything good about the security of the people in Nigeria. After making the statement in the mosque, some people who recorded him saying those words published it on social media.

 

After the video of his statement went viral on social media, he was suspended immediately from the particular mosque where he serves as an Imam. He said instead of them (those who suspended him) calling him and telling him that he's been suspended, they rather took his matter to social media. He said it's not supposed to be done that way, if they published it on social media so that he will keep quiet about the insecurity in Nigeria, then he won't.

 

He said being an Imam doesn't make him a slave to anybody and he can't keep quiet about the things going on in Nigeria. He is a man of peace and he will always support peace no matter what. He also disclosed that some high-class people are supporting him, and they tell him to keep doing his good work.

 

It was also reported that after he was suspended in his previous mosque in Abuja, he was summoned to another mosque in the same Abuja to continue his good works. He also added that what they did to him didn't bother him, it even made him more popular than he was before now. He also said that he will keep on saying the truth at all times.
