A Nigerian soldier has been killed in an ambush by suspected bandits in Katsina State leaving others wounded.

According to SaharaReporters, troops beneath ‘’Operation Sahel Sanity’’ have been responding to a distress name approximately bandits’ sports at Diskuru Village in Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State whilst the armed militants opened fireplace on them.
