Yetunde Barnabas who's popularly known as Miss Pepeiye is a renowned actress, beauty Queen, Film maker, producer, entrepreneur, model, brand ambassador and brand influencer, with 75,000 Instagram followers. She's the CEO of Star Queens Empire, a store where she sells beauty products.

 

 

 

Yetunde is popularly known in the Yoruba Movie Industry. Although she gained recognition and popularity initially when she won Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja Beauty Pageant in 2017, and subsequently won Miss Tourism Nigeria in 2019.

She was born on the 30th of August in the 1990s in Abuja. But her parents are from Kogi State. She was raised in Abuja, where she had her primary and secondary school education. After her secondary school education, she attended Seriki opolo school of drama. And honed her acting skills at Royal Arts Academy.

 

 

 

The beautiful light skinned actress began her career as a model in 2013 when she contested and won Miss Olokun Beauty Pageant. She also went on to contest for Miss Live Your Dream in 2014 and also smaller Beauty Pageant and won.

However, she became popular after competing for Miss Beautiful Girl in Abuja Beauty Pageant and won. Automatically, she received a National brand endorsement deals from DSTV/Multichoice and An Abuja Based Real Estate company.

 

 

 

 

Yetunde used her new found fame to audition for Nigeria's Long running TV series, Papa Ajasco and Company. And was selected to play the sitcom Iconic role, Miss Pepeiye.

 

Since then, she has been active in the Nollywood Industry. She's known to mostly feature in Yoruba Movies. Some of the recent movies she has featured in are, Apeka, Adun, Mokore, Addiction, Iwalade and many others.

She has also acted alongside top Nollywood Stars such as, Faithia Balogun, Adeniyi Johnson, Ninalowo Bolanle, Mercy Aigbe and many others.

 

 

 

 

Yetunde's achievement in the Nollywood Industry is not unnoticed. In 2019, she has Nominated for Most Promising Actress Of The Year at Nigerian Achiever's Awards and Beauty Queen of The Year at Africa Choice Awards. She was also Nominated for Model of The Year at Screams Awards.
