Kogi Guber: Yahaya Bello's Re-Election Upholds By Supreme Court

The Supreme Court, on Monday, confirmed the appointment of Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.

They asked the court to invalidate the Certificate of Return that was given to lead representative Bello by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and proclaim that Wada scored larger part of votes cast at the political race and satisfied necessities of area 179(2)(a) and (b) of the Constitution.
