Birdman Says Drake is the “Most Consistent” YMCMB Artist: “Nicki Do Her Thing, But Drake Kept His Sh!t Alive”

BIRDMAN HAS RATED HIS YMCMB ARTISTS AND HE THINKS DRAKE TAKES THE CROWN FOR THE MOST CONSISTENT ARTIST ON THEIR ROASTER.

The rap boss said this in new interview with Rap-Up TV, where he talked about his artists progress. “He got so many songs […] He a workaholic […] Drake kept this Sh!t alive for the last four or five years, consistently. Nicki do her thing also, but he’s been the most consistent,” said the boss.

Complex notes that this interview took place months before Drake’s Scorpion was released. However, Birdman went on to explain why he thinks Drake is a “monster,” and that he was always sure Drake was going to be successful. “Till you experience it, you don’t really know what it is. We knew [he] would be successful, but to me everyday of his life is not an experience of life because he talked about this Sh!t and he turned it to reality,” he said.

Meanwhile, Drake’s future at the label is uncertain and this is because of his line the track Is There More off the Scorpion album. “Soon as the album drop, I’m out of the deal,” he rapped.
