The world's fastest man, Usain Bolt, has been spotted smoking shisha inside a bar as he relaxes with many girls in the area.
Usain Bolt, the retired sprint legend from Jamaica is clearly loving life after he was snapped puffing away on a shisha pipe in swanky Mayfair, a London bar, The Sun UK reports.
The former Olympic and world champion hung up his running shoes this summer and has been living the high life ever since.
Bolt kicked off his retirement party with a £7,000 drinking spree before watching his beloved Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The Jamaican was then spotted getting in the party mood at the Oktoberfest celebrations in Munich late last month.
And keeping a slim physique clearly isn’t at the forefront of Bolt’s
mind when he arrived at a KFC restaurant to pick up a gigantic order of
chicken and chips.
However, the 31-year-old also doesn’t seem to mind giving his lungs a bit of punishment as he enjoyed some shisha while out with a group of girls in central London this week.
Bolt could be seen puffing away on a hookah as he enjoyed the crisp London air.
And the decision to smoke the flavoured tobacco appears to indicate that Bolt does indeed plan to stick to his retirement decision.
Shisha has been proven to be extremely damaging, with one puff equivalent to smoking an entire cigarette.
It also releases carbon monoxide into your body while absorbing nicotine and heavy metals such as lead and arsenic, which can ultimately lead to heart disease and cancer.
